Abstract:	大四選擇企業實習這門課程，實習單位是全家便利商店股份有限公司大肚新市鎮分店。現今社會生活步調快，講求便利及快速，因而有了便利商店的誕生，台灣的便利商店密集程度是全球數一數二，許多國外人士都驚嘆台灣的方便。隨著人類生活方式改變，慢慢開啟了夜晚的生活，但晚上一般商店或賣場都會打烊，在夜深人靜的街道上，想要買熱食、零食，或是半夜洗澡發現衛浴用品使用完畢，這時便利商店將是最佳商店。24 小時營業與門市相當多，都市與偏遠地區都可看見便利商店，將是便利的好選擇。本報告探討及記錄實習生在全家便利商店學習的一切事務，如與消費者的應變能力、與同事長官間的互動關係、商品品質保持、遇到問題的解決能力……等等。
