Abstract:	我在104/07/01開始為期一年的實習生活，在古拉爵實習的一年當中擔任外場服務生，負責點餐、收桌、收銀、甜點飲料製作等工作。在這裡實習的收穫不只是薪資的報酬，最棒的是我學會在有限的時間將事情做到快狠準，在翻桌時也更懂得手腦並用節省時間，增加了我在生活上控管時間上的能力。另外因為是義式料理的關係店內常常會有外國人來消費因此也時常有機會訓練英文會話能力。
