Abstract:	我是在屈臣氏當企業實習工讀生，工作的所在地點是在霧峰區的608新霧峰店，主要的工作內容是櫃台收銀部分、物流工作、賣場客服(銷售員)…等。櫃檯收銀的流程都必須學的很熟練不能漏掉一個流程步驟，物流工作就是補貨架上不足的商品或是換陳列圖標價卡的工作，賣場客服就是在巡視賣場主動向前幫助客人尋找商品或是遞購物籃給顧客使用。
