Abstract:	富邦集團是臺灣一個以金融為核心的企業集團。其與國泰集團系出同源，創始人蔡萬才原掌管國泰集團旗下的國泰產物保險。1992年，蔡萬才與國泰集團分家，國泰產物保險並更名為富邦產物保險，成為富邦集團的核心企業。之後以富邦產物保險為中心，開創銀行、人壽保險、證券等一連串金融事業，並於2001年成立富邦金控，之後又於2005年以家族名義買下台灣大哥大，踏入媒體經營。現今其業務包括金融、建設、通訊、娛樂等領域。蔡明忠是富邦集團的掌門人，不管是與花旗銀行策略聯盟，還是與國泰金控爭取世華銀行，還被外資評為台灣最具投資潛力的金控公司，蔡明忠都是核心領導人本次暑期實習選擇在富邦人壽，體驗了保險的日常及學習保險的相關知識，並且考取證照，過程中上了很多關於保險的課程，輔導員帶領我拜訪客戶使我經歷不一樣的經驗，也參加了許多團隊的活動，讓同儕小組們更有團隊精神，日增月益漸入佳境，結訓最後一天，頒發小組兩個月以來的成績。
