Abstract:	本研究的主要目的為探討學生校外實習之成效。近年來校外實習已成為在校生提早與職場接軌的方式之一，由校方負責接洽業者篩選實習機會，並提供學生報名面試與參與實習。本研究之參與實習對象為人力資源管理相關系所之學生，若實習單位與學生所學能具有一定的相關性，則實習所得之經驗成效較將可應用在未來職場上發揮。本次實習工作內容以線上執Line及派工為主，藉由線上執Line即時協助工程師、派工以及整理相關派工資料。最後透過實習老師指導與職場環境之訓練，參與實習之對象除了獲得相關職場經驗外，也認知各服務單位需求與職場上所需之相關態度技能，並且從實習過程中模擬未來畢業求職之狀況，以及職場上的工作與應對進退。
