Abstract:	本計畫旨在找出套筒板手電鍍表面缺陷的原因，電鍍後良品做出來是亮的，不良品做出來是霧霧的，我們訂出三個實驗步驟，（1）金相實驗分析：觀察兩家公司表面鍍層的差異性，（2）鍍層X光繞射分析：比較良品與不良品鍍層結構的差異，（3）微硬度測試：比較良品與不良品母材與鍍層硬度的差異。經由X光繞射儀我們比較3個試片的數據，不好的試片有兩個特點: 1.Ni(200)它的訊號比較低 2.Cr(200)他的訊號沒有偵測到
