Abstract:	實習主要目的在於銜接，學校與出社會的差別，使學生能夠在更短的時間了解社會工作的樣子，也能在未來挑選工作或者努力的方向有更多想法，其目的為3大項； 1.了解職場與學校的不同。 2.對於自己人生規劃能夠多一份視野。 3.將在校所學的基礎融入職場。現在許多學校也開始推行實習，以實習的方式轉換學習的方式，產業的合作使人才與技術更快的流入新生代中，能大幅度減少新人訓練的時間更能減少新人初出社會的磨合期。
