Abstract:	今年暑假我到三商美邦實習，在裡面學到了許多有關存錢和保險，我覺得這是我收穫最多的時候，每個主管都無私且用心的把他們的工作經驗教導給我們，教我們如何與客戶談保險、如何面對客戶的反對問題、也教導我們如何與客戶談話等等，教了我們很多很多溝通及表達這方面的技巧，雖然以後不一定會從事保險事務，但現今社會裡人與人之間的溝通是十分重要的，所以在學習如何溝通這方面，是我覺得收穫最多的部分。
