Abstract: 本發明係有關於連續式鍍膜設備之線上自動化檢測系統，包含有一置料區、一進料減壓區、一真空鍍膜區、一出料增壓區、一檢測區以及一取料區，其中在檢測區內設有一CCD/CMOS檢測器、一分光差色器以及一標準光源，檢測器以及分光差色器皆裝設於一三維可移動的平台上，可對鍍膜產品表面做掃描檢測。另外有一控制處理器，設於該鍍膜設備之一側。
