Abstract:	這份專題報告記錄了我在大四這一年間的校外實習歷程，從參與學校內一連串的座談會開始，一路到實際在楓康超市天津店進行實習的所見所聞，將2016/07/01~2017/05/15這段期間所經歷過的所有事件，真實呈現於此份專題之中，藉此分享自己在學校所安排的三明治教學實習中所學習到的所有事物。這段期間我在台灣楓康超市-天津店，在日配組當過短暫的組長，而大多數的時間都是內食品組底下當組員，經過這次的實習讓我學習到許多在校內所接觸不到的事物，雖然有許多事跟一開始預期的有所落差，但不管結果如何，對我來說是收穫相當多的一次實習經驗。
