Abstract:	我的實習單位是OK超商股份有限公司，實習期間是105/07/01-106/05/15，工作內容為收銀、結帳、上貨、補貨、顧客服務…等實習的這10個月，讓我學到便利超商的各種事務，學習如何與人相處，與人溝通協調，並藉由與不同人接觸學習，了解如何處理的最佳最恰當，如何協助才能最有效率等，學習到很多學校學不到的實務經驗，也更了解便利商店的工作內容不是那麼容易。
