Abstract:	本實習報告書說明實習動機與目的，分享在校外實習的成果以及經驗，校外實習讓我學到許多在課堂上學習不到的事情，隨著實習的課程中，學習到的很多日常碰不到的事情，發生了很多問題，但要靠自己的應對能力來解決這些問題，如何與客人友善的溝通，以及如何去化解這個造成兩方都不便的問題，如何與同事主觀相處，去了解公司的sop標準作業流程，如何有自信地去推薦自家的產品，這次的實習讓我覺得很值得，讓我去學習遇到困境如何去應對，面對不同的困境、人群應該如何調適自己。讓我往後的路程更有方向。
