Abstract:	m-D019 Co3Pt1 薄膜已經受到許多關注這歸因於具有高的磁異向性，適合應用在磁紀錄媒體和先進的電子自旋元件中，但是它的機械性質是被忽略的。大多數元件製造的過程中，接觸面所引起的損害會顯著的影響元件的基本性質，對於它的機械性質是不可被忽略的。
