Abstract:	手工具定義以手操作為主，用於物品的組裝、分解、檢驗、調整等作業工具，為了給顧客最好的服務品質與效率，要給員工制定一個標準化的作業生產流程以及完善的整廠規劃，才能提升技術與節省製程，做好每一個環節，才能得到顧客的肯定與支持，才能在競爭激烈的環境下成長。為協助傳統產業升級，經濟部工業局自95年開始推動之「金屬產業上中下游競爭力提升輔導計畫」，導入工研院機械所開發完成的數位手工具關鍵技術，結合電子資訊之跨領域應用發展數位手工具產業，已成為我國傳統手工具產業革命性之新世代產品，創造了我國手工具產業新面貌。
