Abstract:	本研究主旨在探討遊客滿意度與重遊意願之研究，研究對象以鹿港鎮遊客為主，採用抽樣法加以調查，取得150份有效問卷。本研究採用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本T檢定和相關檢定，驗證部分遊客人口背景變項與環境滿意度有顯著正向影響，部分遊客人口背景變項與交通滿意度有顯著正向影響，部分遊客人口背景變項與服務滿意度有顯著正向影響，環境滿意度與重遊意願具有顯著正向影響。滿意度之子構面在交通滿意度與重遊意願具有顯著正向影響，服務滿意度與重遊意願具有顯著正向影響，環境滿意度、交通滿意度、服務滿意度與遊客滿意度和重遊意願有顯著相互影響。
