Abstract:	現在都在學校裡為了畢業後出社會而學習，藉由實習可以充實就職經驗，並從中了解自已不足的部分。有各式各樣的顧客，每-種顧客所需要的服務都不太一樣，只能用工作慢慢理解，並在工作中培養工作態度與責任感，然而提升自己的專門技能。實習中接觸到的人便是可以使我學習的-個管道，應該如何處對處理才能得到彼此的認同。總考驗著我隨機應變的應對能力，這就是在實際親生體驗中更加能發揮的。在實習中的觀察關於服務員接客服務的描述，例如:滿足顧客需求、顧客關係管理、注意自身形象、提升專業技能，以及自己必須做到的責任等等。
