Abstract:	此次專題研究動機是出發於社會上有很多需要幫助的人，而聽覺障礙者音先天(後天)的影響導致他們必須更加專注謹慎來彌補他們對先天(後天)的缺失，但有些事情必要時還是需要身旁有個人來幫忙，如:起床這件事情，在無旁人協助下聽障者會因為無法聽到鬧鐘的聲音而導致睡過頭，甚至遲到的情形，而有了聽障式電擊手環可以已觸覺的方式讓聽障者起床達到效果。
