Abstract:	藉由教學校外實習教學計畫，學生們在畢業之前能提早進入且認識職場，利用一年的時間去適應職場生活，讓自己提早接觸社會，也可以提早確認自己是否適合此行業，在大肆實習我選擇了有田電子科技有限公司，藉由有田電子讓我實際接觸到倉管方面的工作內容，在一間小小的倉庫裡，處理進出貨或是進出口時，有許多小細節的地方需要去注意。透過企業主以自己的經驗教導員工什麼是正確的觀念、態度，還需要擁有獨立思考的能力及強而有力的執行力，培養員工成為多方面的人才。
