Abstract:	因這次的校外實習課程，能比別人提早一年進入職場、體驗職場，也算是先累積一年的實力好畢業就能就業。我在去年的7月1日進入雲品這家公司學習，而雲品是目前全台灣算是標榜五星級飯店的一間豪華酒店，也因為進入了這家公司，讓我學習到很多。藉由這次的實習機會讓我了解到服務業，真的是很辛苦，這次的實習過程中，學習到該如何面對客人的投訴，也磨練自己的耐心，還有待人處事的態度。對於人際關係、同事相處也是工作上必修的課程，如何分工合作以最大的效率做完事情，和同事也能培養默契，工作上也能更愉快。
