Abstract:	透過這次的實習不但能增加工作經驗也能學到一般打工所學不到的事情，未來畢業後出社會能更快熟悉職場的環境，在實習之前也聽過學長姐的實習經驗分享，聽著他們分享實習的過程就覺得充滿了好奇，覺得那些經歷是在學校不會發生的事是另一種新的體驗，於是我決定要參加學校的三明治實習計畫，參加三明治實習的過對我未來出社會後有很大的幫助，出社會後不會完全沒有經驗，在處理事情上也會更加的順利；「經過大海的一番磨礪，卵石才變得更加的光滑」，我覺得這句話很適合用在我們剛出社會的新鮮人身上。
