Abstract: 藉由學校的企業實習讓我了解到旅館服務業相較於一般服務業的不同,更多的說話技巧、與人的溝通交流、專業度以及親切感,這些在飯店裡待任櫃檯人員都是最重要的,有時接觸到情緒不好的客人時更是考驗說話的方式,如何安撫客人,如何隨機應變。藉由工作增進說話技巧也能運用在生活中,與他人談話時也能夠更加有耐心仔細聆聽。
