Abstract:	這次藉由學校的實習，學到了不單單只是在工作上的死工作，或許服務業都是大同小異，不需要有太多的專業知識，但讓我學到更多的是處理事情已及應變各種事情的能力，在麥當勞上班定期也需要增加新的知識、考核，讓我更深入了解麥當勞的品牌意識。我在麥當勞主要工作是外送員，幫顧客將餐點在指定的時間、指定的餐點送達地址，隨時注意每一位顧客不一樣的需求，都要小心謹慎的去應對，不小心出錯了不僅僅自己會很麻煩，也會讓顧客造成心理上的不舒服，這些都是需要自己每一天小心的去應對，這些事情不難，需要的只是一份細心的心。
