Abstract:	透過這次三明治學習，我學到了在職場上的運作，工作態度、責任心等等，然而在職場上我們要對新環境所需要應變能力、負責任的態度，這些都是在職場上所需具備的工作態度。然而我到了楓康實習，而我負責的部門就是客服組，而客服組所負責的工作就是站在櫃台結帳收銀、服務顧客的人，退換貨或是顧客抱怨也是我們在負責處理，是一個壓力很大的一份工作。在面對各式各樣的客人，我真心覺得服務業不簡單，面對許多的問題，真的要花很多心思調適自己，不讓自己去因為客人所產生的情緒而影響到自己的工作態度，但經過這一年的學習，我真的收穫很多，慢慢去了解公司想帶給我們哪些理想跟目標。
