Abstract:	大學是大多數學生最後的四年的大學生涯,在結束最後的學生生活之後將進入人生的下一個階段,就是職場。職場和校園的環境不太一樣.在職場裡將會遇到許多東西去思考該如何解決，像是與主管的相處、聽從指揮、遇到危機該如何去解決、人際關係，這些都不是學校能夠教你的事情,而是需要自己試著去接觸並磨合以此來累積以後對職場上所遇到突發狀況。
