Abstract:	本研究在家族企業、獨立董事與企業績效之間的關聯性，以上市櫃公司為研究對象，利用台灣經濟新報資料庫(ETJ)之台灣上市櫃產業之財務報表與資料，收集2008年至2018年間股市消息，研究股價波動，探討是否與公司內部有間接關係，並了解公司設立獨立董事和審計委員會可否影響投資人的信心。研究結果顯示，獨立董事與審計委員會的監督功能的參與程度對於各家家族企業的經營績效呈正向關係，因獨立董事與審計委員會來監督董事會的利弊，加強了投資者對各家家族企業的信任度，也增強董事會的客觀性，以達到更高的經營績效。
