Abstract:	麥當勞，能夠在不同國家、不同市場、不同社區裡運轉，絕對有值得學習。包括在工作中輕鬆的心情、休閒的氣氛、愉快的享受和便利的服務，甚至顧及到員工的歡笑、趣味、教育、安全等需求，都能結合科技與管理的優點，來重新定位麥當勞。本次實習選在速食龍頭老大麥當勞，在學習期間體驗到在管理階層中學習如何管理員工，主要內容是管理公司的營運狀況。在管理階層中可以知道人際關係與營運公司的重要性，並且知道在管理者的角度中觀察員工是否有達到SOP的標準並且加以評估且思考營運考量。在剛開升遷於管理階層時非常挫折，並且會懷疑自己是否有能力可以站在管理階層上，但這種技能都是需要花時間在培養的，沒有親身去做過管理根本無法使公司有效率的營運。在這次的實習中，學習到非常多東西，也給自己在未來在高階管理上有更大的憧憬。
