Abstract:	在哈伯實習之前，我從未有工作經驗，在公司的學長和課長的帶領以及教導之下，慢慢的學習到可以獨立完成工作，而且還學會了其他的技術，例如:焊接是我第一個學到的技術，因為我的工作站每一台機台都需要焊接，剛學焊接的時候超辛苦的，要先學如何調火的大小，要注意看銅管有沒有燒太紅而破掉，而且在焊接的時候，常常一個不留神手還會燙傷，經過不斷的練習以後，越來越熟練了，焊接的速度也越來越快了，而且我燒的品質也越來越好，期許技術可以更厲害。另外為了可以加班學習到更多的技術，所以還跟學長學習鎖接頭、看圖、組裝不一樣的機台，及修理機台。一開始晚上加班都是跟著學長做動作，直到受到課長的認證。終於可以獨自組裝一台機器，並且可以獨自看圖做，也在工作的過程中學會看圖了，也可以獨自己修理機台，但是我要求自己做到更好，讓自己的技術可以再提升，目標是可以獨自做國外機，可以教導新來的學弟，讓他們可以學到更多的技術。
