Abstract:	我選擇的實習單位是楓康超市-大里店，實習的組別是麵包組。剛開始到麵包組上班時很陌生因為之前沒有接觸過相關的工作，好險有師傅很有耐心跟用心的教導我，讓我現在可以獨力完成一整天繁忙的工作，也享受做麵包的樂趣。在楓康的10個月中我希望可以每一組都去支援過，一方面可以累積自己各組別的經驗，另一方面可以多學習到各種類別的東西。未來實習結束後會先選擇去當兵，之後想往業務的方向努力，也或許會到外面的麵包店再多學習更多麵包的知識。
