Abstract:	大學四年的生活即將進入尾聲，通常大多數人都將面對的就是就業了，我們從就學轉換到就業的這個階段是人生中另一段旅程的開始，在就業時裡面所學到的經驗與技術和一些東西可能是學校無法交給你的必須自己去體驗過後才會有所領悟。這次會選擇國際知客實業有限公司的原因是因為我沒有做過飯店，想體驗一下看看飯店工作的辛苦，所以我就選擇了這間飯店。實習期間我從菜鳥變成一個老鳥，過程真的很辛苦，曾經有想放棄這個工作，為了自己的興趣只好撐下去。
