Abstract:	本專題目的在製作一個居家監控廚房系統。本專題具有溫溼度、煙霧和抽除掉有熱氣，並能查瓦斯是否要更換。我們利用Arduino作為主要的介面。在氣體和煙霧感測方面，能即時偵測是否有有害氣體產生，達到即時警示作用，抽除掉熱氣。溫溼度方便能知道目前廚房溫度等。本系統花費成本低廉，相當適合建構智能居家廚房系統，就能透過Arduino隨時知道家中情況，讓使用者安心。
