Abstract:	本實習報告，主要說明在修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系學生，於107年進行暑假實習成果與心得，在修平科技大學與企業的媒合下，參與實習學生進入安心人力仲介公司的行政部門實習，在裡面學習到很多的經驗以及遇到事情的臨機反應，透過在學校學習與職場實習融會貫通，實習期間從2018年7月3日至2018年8月24日，經由實習學習到文件的處理以及遇到問題須立即反應還有公司內部的S.O.P.流程，在實習期間會遇到一些問題，都需要經過思考後再詢問，也是將來進入到職場的經驗以及學習能力。
