Abstract:	勞動檢查、顧問輔導，到底對不對沒人知道，因為沒有範本，能言善道的顧問像是贏家。薪資與投保薪資要過得了勞工局，也要過得了勞保局，更要過得了法院。而薪資不能發現金無法作帳、無法報稅、沒有投保，怎麼會對。企業想在勞工法令合法節稅，機密在細節裡看不到，還要合法照實報稅才能節稅。所以才需要管理顧問公司來協助企業，企業不可或缺的就是勞工，在勞工法令裡有許多的細節，關於這些細節不懂沒關係，向管顧公司請教就對了。
