Abstract:	瑋鉅企管公司是一間非常專業的顧問公司，他們對於勞動法令，就服法，民法上，都有非常清楚的專業知識，讓企業主明白，在民法、勞基法上雇主要對員工承擔什麼樣的風險，發生職災雇主在民法、勞基法上要對員工賠償什麼樣的責任，還有如何做好事先的準備，不僅如此，瑋鉅非常清楚企業應當要遵守什麼樣的法令，並且讓企業主知道應該要如何面對及處理，瑋鉅是一間非常專業的顧問公司，我在當中學到很多知識，學習如果幫助企業主遵守法令，並減少企業主承擔的風險。
