Abstract:	「校外實習」為提升畢業生之未來就競爭力的重要一環，一方面政府以資源做必要之引導，另一方面學校亦須整合業界資源協助生進行職涯接觸探索，預先做好就業準備而這份實習報告是將在中所學到有關人力資源管理、 TTQS 教育訓練規劃、行政相關工作及在職場上的應對同事間處模式等，做一個整理反思並可以運用在以後工作上
