Abstract:	在國泰人壽兩個月的暑期實習歷程，在這段時間使我更加了解壽險業，壽險業也讓我體驗了不少我在課堂上學不到的工作經驗，從一開始的不熟悉、不習慣到逐漸了解這行業，它與人是息息相關的一個行業，在裏頭我增加許多壽險知識，當我周遭有親朋好友包括我自己有保險問題，國泰人壽裏頭的主管、夥伴也樂於幫忙，在國泰人壽更貼心的在每日早會後安排一系列的課程增加我暪對壽險業的認知，而主管、夥伴在每次帶我拜訪客戶時也會請我給予建議或提出問題，他們總會虛心接受以及耐心指導，使我在短短的暑期實習歷程受益良多。
