Abstract:	校外實習是一座提早與社會連接的橋樑，將藉由在鋪實習的模式，觀察店舖組織行為變化利用在校自己在學校所學與職場結合，經過職場的實戰經驗，讓學生能早一步適應職場生活，過職場的實戰經驗，讓學生能早一步適應活這樣方式拉到遠在海外過職場的實戰經驗，這樣方式拉到遠在海外的新加坡，更增了語言的挑戰性以及文化的差異性，透過這樣的摩擦讓學生能跳脫自己的舒適圈，增加抗壓性。本次實習單位為新加坡無印良品，實習單位為MUJI Bugis Household部門，主要工作項目為銷售商品、顧客服務、櫃檯收銀及維持店舖環境整潔，藉由在店鋪實習的模式，觀察店舖組織行為的變化，利用在校所學專業技能應於實務操作上，以達到實習之學習目的。
