Abstract:	一直都對於國外文化很有興趣的我選擇了這次的校外實習到沖繩余家佛酒店,也希望藉由這次的機會讓自己的語言可以更進步,也由於前田產業是專注於飯店的模式,因此我相信一定可以學習到更多的事物。也因為自己一直都沒有機會接觸到飯店業,所以也想要透過這個機會去更認識飯店業這個產業,在這中間也遇到很多的困難,但是我都能想到辦法去這個問題,並且去學習到更多日本的文化,還學習到很多飯店相關知識。本篇研究也是以沖繩余基佛酒店為基底,去探討飯店業的內內部運作。
