Abstract:	近年來，由於經濟繁榮、國民所得提高、人們生活結構發生變化及單身比率年年升高，進而使得外食族增多，但外食族的在外攝取的食物卻不如家中料理的健康，使餐飲服務業在台灣發展空間下降，再加上近年來週休二日的實施，由以上種種的現象，皆可以發現前景相當美好，能擁有一間餐廳是我們共同的夢想，因此我們希望能夠打造一間，讓人們能夠自在享受的空間，使得多遠的顧客都願意登門造訪。
