Abstract: 近年來,由於經濟繁榮、國民所得提高、人們生活結構發生變化及單身比率年年升高,進而使得外食族增多,但外食族的在外攝取的食物卻不如家中料理的健康,使餐飲服務業在台灣發展空間下降,再加上近年來週休二日的實施,由以上種種的現象,皆可以發現前景相當美好,能擁有一間餐廳是我們共同的夢想,因此我們希望能夠打造一間,讓人們能夠自在享受的空間,使得多遠的顧客都願意登門造訪。
