Abstract:	因為學校大四企業實習課程的關係，讓我有機會進入屈臣氏這個企業學習，也藉由實習這個機會，可以真實地感受與貼近這現實社會環境中所有經驗，不管這些是有形還是無形的都會對我在未來人生道路上有很大的幫助，在這次的實習過程一定會接觸到許多不同背景的人，希望能在這裡學會克服每個遇到的問題及增強自己的抗壓性，也磨練磨練自己的說話術語跟待人處世的態度。
