Abstract:	本報告藉由Produce 48這個檔日韓合作的電視節目來研究兩國培育偶像的方式及箇中差異。先透過介紹韓國Produce系列節目的比賽制度及日本AKB48的營運制度讓不太了解的人也能輕鬆了解。整理日本以及韓國對於「偶像的訴求」的不同。最後做出日本及韓國培育偶像的制度以及差異分析。由整理的內容得知日本和韓國在培育偶像的上的不同，雖然方式不一樣但想要培育出頂尖團體的心態是一樣的。
