Abstract:	本實習專題是學生許家寧在這一鍋餐飲集團之這一鍋皇室密藏鍋物系列的桃園大興西殿分店全學年的實習報告。內容包含有實習動機、目的與甄選過程的說明；這一鍋餐飲集團的的公司概況簡介與競爭力分析；以及實習過程中所擔任工作的內容與流程介紹、問題點分析以及工作日誌。本報告最後有放上整個學年的實習心得結論以及對於參與校外實習的建議。此報告可對於未來想要到這一鍋餐飲集團實習的學弟妹們提供參考。
