Abstract:	校外實習能夠讓每個人提早與社會做連接，將在學校所學的與職場結合，並經過實戰經驗，讓每個人都能夠早一步適應職場生活，而透過這樣的出發點到達新加坡實習除了能增加語言的挑戰性及適應文化的差異性之外，還能透過摩擦讓學生跳脫舒適圈，增加抗壓性。本次實習單位為新加坡無印良品，實習單位為MUil Marina Square Food and Garment部門，主要工作項目為填寫 Expire date、檢查冰箱溫度、商品 display補貨、銷售商品、顧客服務、櫃檯收銀、倉庫整理及維持店鋪環境整潔，並藉由實習去觀察店鋪組織行為的變化，將在校所學專業技能應用於實務操作上，以達到實習的目的。
