Abstract:	本報告主要在說明並記錄學生暑期實習成果，利用兩個月的時間進入人力仲介產業中參與實習，學會相關領域的專業知識與技能，同時在督導的教導下了解外籍勞工引進流程的運作模式，也在同事身上學到不同文件的申辦程序，並學會在面對問題時並不應該急著去詢問答案，應該先自我反思後再去面對眼前的問題並解決，很感謝有這樣機會能在人力仲介產業實習，希望能透過這樣的經驗運用在將來的職場中適時的提點。
