Abstract:	這篇論文最主要會探討我作為實習生在元心3C配件實習時所發生的事情及心得，跟對於公司未來發展想法以及對於3C配件店產品銷售的相關調查探討。同時跟其他同行做對比，看同行如何在店面、行銷、產品、服務、網路、售後等等做出差異化，再從同行的差異化中學著如何找出讓元心3C配件店能夠進步的方法。所以將用問卷調查方式做為參考，從問卷中調查出大部分的人選擇配件(玻璃貼、手機殼、行動電源、支架、無線充電盤等等)時考慮的條件是甚麼，不同配件下產生不同的差異條件。
