Abstract:	修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系首次與台中市基督教青年會YMCA企業實習合作，實習期間108年7月1日至108年8月30日止，本次實習單位為冬/夏令營組(健行國小)，主要工作內容為擔任兒童營隊隊輔、協助各部門行政事務、資料處理分析、紀錄小朋友營隊生活、協助運動才藝課程、設計活動教案與執行等。這次實習從中學習團隊合作的重要性、遇到問題如何解決與改善、如何與家長溝通、夥伴之間的社交及溝通等，這些經驗在未來職場會是一個很重要的基礎。
