Abstract:	本實習成果報告，主要說明就讀修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系的學生，於108學年度參與暑假實習的成果報告與心得，在修平科技大學人資系與企業的媒合下，實習學生進入鴻昇實業股份有限公司管理部門實習，在報關行相關產業之公司學習一般人事行政作業與人資相關資料處理，透過在學校裡所學習之專業技能應用與職場實習。本次實習期間從108年7月8日至108年9月2日，經由實習學習到一般行政作業所需使用的文書軟體系統。在實習期間遇到的相關問題，都可在職場詢問督導並學習處置方式，並從中研究更有效率之執行方式，並將所學知識應用於未來職場。
