Abstract:	我的實習單位是權宇勞基顧問有限公司，公司主要服務項目是幫助客戶處理有關勞資糾紛和協助客戶擬定工作規則、人事管理制度並通過勞動部的檢查，讓客戶的企業能夠順利經營。在這個單位實習了兩個月，使我獲益良多也累積了許多相關經驗，在我的成果報告中分為六個章節，內容主要在闡述公司的產業現況以及這兩個月的實習內容還有實習後心得，法律是死的條文但人是活的，我們在學校裡學習，透過實習到企業去實習如何活用我們的所學。
