Abstract:	本報告的主要目的在說名學生於環久國際機構暑期實習之執行過程與成果。本次實習期間為2019年7月1日至2019年8月31日，實習單位為管理部行政部門。透過本次實習，參與實習學生獲得人力仲介業相關行政實務經驗與職場經驗，且提高對未來畢業後職場選擇與適應能力。
