Abstract:	綠能與環保議題是目前人類最重視的話題之一，電力是我們生活上非常重要的能源，電力的運用是未來最重要的趨勢幾乎生活上如果沒有電很多東西都無法運行。但是我們一半以上的能源來自從地殼深處提取的化石燃料。據估計，自從19 世紀 50 年代出現商業石油鑽探以來，我們已經開採超過1350億噸的原油來驅動我們的汽車，為我們的發電站提供燃料和為房屋供暖。這個數字每天都在增加。面對全球節能減碳的浪潮，綠色能源產業已經是各國將持續到本世紀中期的最重要新興產業。我國政府亦一再宣示推動綠色能源產業的決心，並陸續公布與展現推行的各項政策與措施。
