Abstract:	我實習的地方是美廉社，在這裡我學到很多事情，在這些日子裡改變了我的生活，提早進入職場，也提早認知社會，讓我們能盡快的找到自己的方向，能夠獨立自主，為未來做好規劃。學到該怎麼與客人應對調整自己的心態，跟同事之間的相處分工合作，以及對於長官的吩咐該如何去解決，學習好的地方，不好的去改善它，不要讓它再發生，學會一件事很容易，但要把它變的專精就不容易了，需要時間去研究該怎麼樣才能變得更快更好。
